Our sessions together are held in a safe and supportive environment. I don’t judge people and I don’t use "psycho-jargon" . I explain things openly and honestly and I help you to understand what is happening. My aim is to support you and to help you make positive changes in your life, changes you are comfortable with and that will help you deal with future problems or issues.
